InterCasino is not a name you will know from the high street in the way that many of its rivals in the premiere league of European online casinos (such as William Hill, Coral and Ladbrokes) are. (As an aside we also noticed that you seem to get a different image of the fragrant Ms. Bentley depending on which browser you're using - we felt 'Firefox Jane' was our personal favourite.) Depending on your viewpoint, this feature is either a bit of gimmicky eye-candy for attracting sad, male players, or a nice touch to enhance the re-creation of the atmosphere of a real-world club. Whatever your viewpoint we think all players will appreciate the spot cash prizes the virtual Ms. Bentley dishes out if you spot her in the casino. We also think the free "Jane's Alert' software InterCasino offer should be appreciated by many users since it's a neat, optional device to enable players to receive news customised to their tastes. (Interestingly our Spanish, French, German and Italian neighbours don’t get the benefit of Ms. Bentley’s hospitality on their regional websites InterCasino and have to make do with equivalent services from some bloke called Ryan – oh, well, vive le difference as they say across the Channel!)

InterCasino was the pioneer of using Cryptologic's gaming software on the net, and this fruitful partnership has lead to the development of a suite of download games that really are quite superb in their realism. The choice of free and real money games is huge (and still growing) with live chat facilities and all the classic casino games offering single and multiplayer options, making it difficult to imagine a player who couldn't find something to float their boat here. This level of realism and choice does mean that the software download needed is reasonably big, however you can always order a free CD of it if your internet connection is painfully slow: whatever you choose to do, the quality of the games here means that any wait to play them will be well worth it! A link is tucked away at the bottom of the 'Why Choose Us?' page under the 'Multi-platform support . . .' subheading. Why so shy InterCasino? We like online casinos that offer both download and non-download options, so find it curious that InterCasino don’t make it clear they cater for this on the home page. OK, you don’t get the pleasure of Jane Bentley's company at the non-download casino, but, hey, you can't have everything . . .

Customer support is available round-the-clock and exemplary. Aside from the comprehensive online help guides, freephone and e-mail support, you can also ask questions directly to Jane Bentley using live chat if you see her out and about on the casino floor (not forgetting that could also lead to winning a spot cash prize into the bargain!) Promotions are pretty decent, though not particularly remarkable, however InterCasino do offer a good comp programme via its Players' Club, plus slot-jockeys and baize bandits looking to bag big progressive jackpots shouldn't be disappointed with the possible rewards here.
Frankly it's easy to see why InterCasino has garnered the bulging cabinet of industry awards. This is a very, very, playable and enjoyable online casino to play and pay with Euros and, aside from being a little coy, about the existence of its non-download sister site, there are few sites that present their product so well and so clearly.
